Papillon Court is a modern development that has been built with the philosophy that the comfort, well being and safety of those who will be making our apartments their home is paramount. We have 2 or 3 bedrooms apartments available and we also have a maisonette which has its own entrance in the development. The development also has a large number of car spaces and garages available.

The design and finishings of the apartments and the common areas has been done with the intention of allowing those who decide to live there to make it their home whilst still having a modern look and equipped with all of today's commodities.

All the apartments have gypsum plastering and are painted white. The apartments have all electricity and plumbing work done and with tiles and skirting laid in all rooms except those designated as bathrooms. With modern living in mind the apartments have also been prepared with connection points and drains for air conditioners ready should the eventual owners wish to install them in the future. Points for Televisions, Telephones and Satellite or Digital decoders have also been prepared in order to relieve eventual owners from having to drill any of the walls and thereby keeping the apartments clean and tidy as much as possible. All apartments will also be sold with the Main Door and all Internal Doors included and also all of the aluminium windows with double glazing as standard. The apartments will be sold without bathrooms allowing eventual owners to choose their own bathrooms for their homes.

The Common Areas linking all the apartments are finished with quality and comfort in mind. All common areas are also be gypsum plastered and painted white and are finished off with a granite staircase and an aluminum railing. Emergency lights are also installed throughout the common areas in the event of a power cut in the block. All apartments also have a Hall Porter installed linked directly to the main door of their block allowing owners easy access to allow guests in directly from their apartment whilst offering security in the event of unwanted visitors.

All apartments are serviced by a lift which is either for 6 or for 8 persons depending on which block the apartment one chooses is situated in. Both lifts service all floors including the two floors below ground that lead to the garages providing owners with total comfort and privacy by allowing them to reach their chosen apartment directly from their parking space/garage internally.
